We connect business owners and real estate investors with lenders in our network. We are a broker. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions.
This policy explains what information we collect when you use blackstoneridgecapital.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Financing details: loan amount requested, loan purpose, property address, property type, time in business, annual revenue, and stated credit range.
- Financial documents you choose to upload, such as bank statements, tax returns, rent rolls, and operating statements.
- Anything else you tell us by phone, email, text message, or through the chat feature on our website.

- Pages viewed, time spent on the site, and the page that referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Evaluate your financing request and determine which lenders may be a fit.
- Prepare and submit a loan package to lenders you authorize us to approach.
- Communicate with you about your file, including document requests, status updates, and lender decisions.
- Verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Improve our website and services.
SMS text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How you opt in
You are enrolled in SMS messaging from Black Stone Ridge Capital only if you affirmatively opt in by one of the following methods:
- Checking the SMS consent box on our financing inquiry form. The box is unchecked by default and reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS Customer Care and Account Notification messages from Black Stone Ridge Capital LLC about my financing request.”
- Providing a mobile number and consenting to SMS follow-up through the loan advisor chat feature on our website.
- Giving verbal consent during a call to our published business line, which we log with a timestamp.
SMS consent is separate from any other authorization you give us. It is never a condition of receiving a loan quote, being submitted to a lender, or obtaining funding.
What we send
Messages relate to your active financing inquiry: document requests, application status updates, lender decision notices, and appointment confirmations. This SMS program is registered with mobile carriers under two categories, Customer Care and Account Notification. Message frequency varies based on the activity on your file. We send no marketing or promotional messages under this program.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information
We share information only as described here.
Lenders
When you authorize us to do so, we submit your application and supporting documents to lenders in our network for the purpose of obtaining financing offers. We share only what a lender needs to evaluate your request. We do not share your mobile number with lenders for SMS or marketing purposes, and we do not transfer your SMS consent to any lender.
Service providers
We use vendors to operate our business, including hosting, customer relationship management, telephony, document storage, and email. These vendors process information on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, lease, or trade your contact information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Credit inquiries
With your authorization, we or our lending partners may obtain consumer or business credit reports in connection with your financing request. Initial pre-qualification typically involves a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry, which may affect your score, occurs only with your express consent at the point a lender formally underwrites your file.
Data retention
We retain application information for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, typically no less than five years from the date of your last interaction with us. SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely so that we do not contact you again after you unsubscribe.
Security
Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit. We limit access to your information to personnel who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
